2 green peppers 1 lg yellow onions approx. 1.25
4 sub rolls .25 each 1.00
Cook Tri Tip in a deep pan coat with salt and pepper . Cook until medium rare internally.
Slice meat thinly .
Add sliced onion and green pepper and 1/3 cup water , simmer until veggies are softened.
Put meat and veggies in sub rolls cover with pan juices to taste.
You may also cook 4 cups white rice and serve over white rice in lieu of sub rolls .
