On the Table Tonight - Polish Smoked Sausage with Cabbage and potatos

A simple and inexpensive recipe for Smoked Polish Sausage and Cabbage. Most Items from Glazier's Food Marketplace Las Vegas.

You Need -
1-1.5 lbs Smoked Boar's Head Sausage ( Glazier's has the cheapest and best Boar's Head Selection in Las Vegas) ~ $3.75
1 Head Cabbage .33 Glaziers
3 Potatoes ( free from Chuck roast Deal)
1/2 Onion (Free from Chuck roast deal)
1 /2 Stick Butter ( Free w/ Glazier's coupon)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic flakes (Pantry)

Clean and chop Cabbage in quarters
Coarsely Chop Onion
Clean and Cube Potatos
Place in pot and fill 1/2 way with water ,add 1 tablespoon salt and boil until tender

Place Sausage in frying pan and add a patty of butter . Fry on medium low until casing is crisp.

After Cabbage mix is cooked , drain well.
Return to pot and melt butter
add a teaspoon-tablespoon of Garlic Flakes
add a teaspoon of Black or White pepper

Serve along side the Sausage . I like to dip mine in Spicy Brown Mustard .
Serves 4
Total Cost :4.08 plus pantry supplies ..approx .30 = $4.38
