Caribbean Pork Burgers
1pound lean ground pork
1tablespoon grated lime peel
1teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2teaspoon ground allspice
1/2teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4teaspoon salt
1medium red onion, cut into 1-inch slices
4Rolls
1tablespoon olive or vegetable oil (for grill)
Spray Grill with PAMHeat to a Medium flame
Cook Burgers until they reach 160 degrees internally
