teaspoon dried thyme leaves

teaspoon ground allspice

teaspoon crushed red pepper

medium red onion, cut into 1-inch slices

tablespoon olive or vegetable oil


Spray Grill with PAM
Heat to a Medium flame
Cook Burgers until they reach 160 degrees internally

Serve with a salad and Fries !
