Here's a great recipe for a 3 ingredient Ground Chuck Bake . Serve with a salad and side veggie for a complete meal.

Belize Chicken
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing1 medium onion, chopped1 whole chicken (3-1/2 lb.), cut up4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. package) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed3 cups hot cooked white rice ( A whole lota Kraft Coups are available for this recipe as well just print them out with our coupons.com coupon generator to the right)

COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon, reserving drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels; set aside.STIR dressing into reserved drippings; cook 1 min. Add chicken pieces; cook 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Add onions. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).TRANSFER chicken from skillet to serving dish; cover to keep warm. Add cream cheese to skillet; cook until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Serve chicken over the rice; top with sauce.

Slow Cooker Roast


Cross Rib Roast 1.0 lbs (1.97/lb) Sliced

Near East Rice Pilaf $1.79

1 bag frozen peas or mixed veggies (1.00)

Place sliced cross rib roast and near east Rice Pilaf in the slow cooker with 1 cup water
cook about 4 hours on low adding 1/4 of water about 1/2 way through
at hour 3 add bag of peas ( defrosted)

Such a simple set and forget recipe. If you want to get a little fancier add wine instead of water in the begining or half water / half wine. The Alcohol will cook off so it's fine to serve the kiddos. Use a cup of any wine you enjoy drinking .

4 cups cooked white or brown rice .50-1.00 from your stockpile

1 can campbell's fiesta nacho cheese soup, (10 oz)1.00
Chicken breast .99cents/lb – 2lbs/ $2.00 ( cook fully in the over or stove top, cool and cube)

directions
1. In a saucepan over MEDIUM heat, mix together prepared broccoli, rice, soup , cubed chicken.

2. Cook until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.

3. Season with salt and pepper
