Frankly there is not much at Albertsons this week catching my eye . I , myself will probably skip Albertsons all together this week . However, those of you looking for a Value recipe ..
Greek Beef Gyros
These Gyros are great with Beef, Lamb or Chicken . You can even grill them as Kabobs with chunked Onion and Bell Pepper
Just make sure to Marinate the Onion and pepper as well , simply double the marinade .
Cooking Instructions..........................................................
Combine yogurt, cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; cover and refrigerate.
Combine oregano and remaining garlic , lemon juice ; marinate steaks 1 hour ( overnight is best). Wash hands.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium. Place steaks in skillet; cook, turning twice, 13 to 15 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness (internal temp 150°F to 160°F).
Serving Suggestion: Carve steaks into thin slices; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in pita pockets with sliced onion and tomatoes and yogurt sauce. Refrigerate leftovers

1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
¼ cup lemon juice
4 pita bread pockets, cut crosswise in half, warmed
